Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor have been going all out to promote their upcoming film ‘Street Dancer 3D’. From appearing on reality shows to sitting down for long interviews and engaging with fans for all sorts of promotional activity, the two stars on Monday took a moment to seek blessings ahead of the release on Friday.
Shraddha and Varun were spotted visiting Delhi’s Bnaglashaib Gurudwara where they spent a moment in prayers for the success of their project. With a dupatta around her head, Shraddha was seen in a kurta while Varun opted for a casual jacket and jeans look.
Directed by Remo D’Souza, ‘Street Dancer 3D’ also stars Prabhudheva, Nora Fatehi, Aparshakti Khurana, Punit J Pathak and Dharmesh. The film that hits theatres on January 24, 2020, will be clashing with the Kangana Ranaut and Richa Chadha starrer ‘Panga’, directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.

03/7Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone at Tirupati and the Golden Temple
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone went on a spiritual trip for their first wedding anniversary as they offered prayers at two Hindu temples. They first headed to Tirupati to seek blessings at the Lord Venkateswara temple. Post this, Ranveer and Deepika made an early morning visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar. The couple was accompanied by their parents to both the places of worship. Dressed in their traditional best, Deepika and Ranveer seemed to be enjoying marital bliss.

Soon after the release of ‘Raees’ in January 2017, Shah Rukh Khan offered prayers at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. The actor was accompanied by his toddler Abram Khan as well as ‘Raees’ co-producer Ritesh Sidhwani. SRK had shared an adorable picture of Abram and him on Twitter, with a caption that read, “At the Sri Darbar Sahib. Peace and love and all feelings beautiful. Thank u Amritsar”. ‘Raees’ had earned big at the box office and SRK was celebrating the success with a holy visit.

Kareena Kapoor is yet another celebrity to have visited the Golden Temple. The actress decided to offer prayers before she began shooting for an upcoming film. Bebo was dressed in a traditional grey salwar kameez and had added a black scarf and sheer dupatta to her attire. Back in 2012, Kareena had paid a visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai, before the release of her film ‘Heroine’. It seems like a tradition for Bebo to seek divine blessing before beginning any new project.

Last month Ajay Devgn visited the famous Ajmer Sharif Dargah with son Yug. However during this religious trip Ajay lost his cool as he was mobbed by a sea of fans. A video which emerged from Ajay’s visit to the religious shrine showed that the actor had a tough time navigating through the crowd with his son. With the help of police, Ajay managed to make his way to the Dargah. Back in 2011, Ajay Devgn was snapped at the Ajmer Sharif Dargah with Kajol, Nysa and Yug. At that time Yug was just about a year old.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on April 20, 2017 and decided to seek blessing at the famous Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. The couple was accompanied by their daughter Aaradhya and the entire family was colour co-ordinated in white traditional attires. Even on her birthday in 2017, Ash made a visit to the same temple with mother Vrinda Rai and Aaradhya. The Bachchans have been ardent devotees of Lord Ganesha and have previously walked from their Juhu home to Prabhadevi to seek blessings at the Siddhivinayak temple.
